What an EICR covers
An EICR is a thorough inspection and test of the fixed electrical installation in a property, the consumer unit, circuits, sockets, switches and wiring. We check for damage, wear, overloading and anything that doesn’t meet the current wiring regulations, then issue a clear report with a satisfactory or unsatisfactory result and any coded observations explained in plain English.
